Return & Refund Policy

Customers may return all or part of the ordered goods for any reason, and lovestyleshphere.com will process the refund within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods.

All products must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged, and must be accompanied by a tag.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalized details. After the personalized order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. It is not possible to request personalization of the product after the order is placed or delivered.

Return Terms and Conditions

The returned goods must be returned in their original packaging, including all materials (dust bags, boxes, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The product must be intact, unwashed, not worn or altered, and the original security seal must still be on the product. When trying on shoes, please be careful not to scratch the soles of the shoes or leave any marks on the shoe box. Underwear, swimsuits, and bikini swimsuits must be worn on one’s own underwear and the protective tape must not be torn off, otherwise we will not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. We do not accept any returns that are worn or dirty.

The packaging of lovestyleshphere.com shall not be used as outer packaging for transportation.

If the returned product does not meet these requirements, we will not accept returns and will return the product to the customer at their own expense.

If the quality of the product is unsatisfactory, unsuitable for the purpose, or does not meet the description, it is classified as defective. Please note that if the product is damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use, it will not be considered defective. If defects are found in your product upon delivery, you may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

We have made every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products on lovestyleshphere.com. However, due to the different display effects of computers, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will completely match the actual ones.

Replacing purchased goods is not allowed. Therefore, the goods you receive after purchasing are only allowed to be returned to the corresponding amount at the time of purchase according to the terms and conditions.

Return process:
The return policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

The item you want to return must comply with our return policy as follows.

You have an obligation to provide reasonable protection for the goods in your possession and must return them to us in the same condition as when you received them (unless inspected within a reasonable and necessary scope). This obligation includes the following criteria:

-The product must not have been worn (except for trying on), washed, damaged or used, and should be accompanied by the original label tag;
-Shoes and accessories should be returned to their original packaging upon receipt and placed in protective shipping boxes for return;
-If the product comes with a safety label, the label must still be attached to the product when returned;
-Sock products must be unopened and returned in their original packaging; And
-When trying on underwear and swimsuits, please cover them with the outer layer of your own underwear.

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including return conditions), we may deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation of the product from your refund, up to the full price of the product.

If you decide to cancel the order (or part of the order) during the ‘cooling off period’, you must follow the return policy and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notify us of the return.

If you cancel the contract between us within 14 (fourteen) days of the ‘cooling off period’ (as mentioned above), we will process the refund you deserve as soon as possible. In any case, we will process the refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive the returned item, or within a shorter period of time, from the date we receive evidence that you have sent the item to our return address.

We will refund you the full amount of the product (unless we have the right to make corresponding deductions due to your use or damage of the product), including standard shipping fees. But we will not refund the return fee you paid for the goods, and you should fully bear these costs. Unless otherwise agreed, we will refund the amount already charged to you using the payment method you used when making the purchase.
